Privacy policy

Effective August 15, 2026. HydraulicHoseFinder matches buyers of hydraulic-hose products with verified local suppliers. This page explains what we collect, how we use it to run that matching service, and the contact channel for any privacy question.

1 · Information we collect

The intake form on the HydraulicHoseFinderhome page collects the buyer’s name, email, phone number, company (optional), city or metro area, hose-type choice, application description, and urgency level. Phone numbers are collected only so matched suppliers can reply fastest — by text or call — and are not used for marketing. The form is a pay-per-lead funnel, not a newsletter sign-up.

Standard server logs (IP address and user agent) are captured automatically by the hosting platform for every request to the site. We do not set advertising cookies or tracking pixels on HydraulicHoseFinder.

2 · How we use it

We use the information submitted through the intake form to route one (and only one) buyer request to a small set of verified local suppliers closest to the buyer. We then notify the buyer by SMS, email, or call-back that matched suppliers are responding.

  • Matching.Pair the buyer’s hose-type, application, and metro with the closest suppliers in our network.
  • Notifying. SMS, email, or call-back the buyer (and the supplier) when a quote is on the way.
  • Operating the service. Operate and improve the routing, suppress repeat or abusive requests, and prevent fraud and disputes. HydraulicHoseFinderdoes the matching — the matched local supplier does the actual hose work.

3 · How we share it

Buyer requests are shared with the small set of matched local suppliers, and only with those suppliers, so they can quote. The request is shared only for the request the buyer just submitted.

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise provide contact information to third-party advertisers, data brokers, or “lead aggregators.” Bulk-list resellers and offshore aggregator networks are explicitly out of scope.

No mobile information and messaging consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Limited service providers — our database / hosting platform, our email and SMS delivery providers, and our SMS-carrier compliance vendor — may process the data solely to run their service on our behalf, under confidentiality, and without an independent right to use it.

4 · Cookies & analytics

HydraulicHoseFinder does not run third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site trackers. We may use basic, aggregated (no personal data) analytics provided by the host platform to understand which metros and hose types are most requested, so the routing service keeps improving.

5 · Data retention

Lead records are kept as long as the HydraulicHoseFinder service is live, and for a reasonable period afterwards for dispute resolution and legal compliance. Suppression requests are honored on the same contact the lead came from, so a buyer who opts out is not re-added to the matching set for that same contact.

6 · Your choices

Any buyer or supplier may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information they submitted, or opt out of future matching for the same contact. Send these requests to hydraulichosefinder@polsia.app from the address on file, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

7 · Contact & company info

HydraulicHoseFinder is the operator. The service is run remotely from the United States. For all privacy, data, and SMS-delivery questions, the single point of contact is hydraulichosefinder@polsia.app. No legal entity or physical address is represented on this page beyond that single contact channel.

8 · Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date at the top of this page rather than by a separate email blast, so check back here for the current version.
