Terms & conditions

Effective August 15, 2026. HydraulicHoseFinder matches buyers of hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial hose products with verified local suppliers and bills suppliers on a per-lead basis. These terms cover both sides of that service, including the SMS lead-alert flow and the no-refund rule on delivered leads.

1 · How the service works

HydraulicHoseFinder runs a thin routing layer between buyers and the verified local hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial hose shops who do the work. Buyers describe the hose they need and where it needs to land through the intake form on the HydraulicHoseFinderhome page — hose type, application, city or metro, urgency, contact details — and we route the request to a small set of verified suppliers closest to the buyer who actually stock or fabricate what they need.

The matched local supplier does the actual hose work: quoting, cutting, crimping, pressure-testing, on-site emergency repair, and custom-fit assembly. HydraulicHoseFinder does the matching and the pinging; the supplier does the rest.

The service is free for buyers, always. Suppliers pay for the leads HydraulicHoseFinder delivers to them. There is no setup fee, no monthly platform fee, and no surcharge tied to whether the supplier wins the bid.

2 · Buyer & supplier relationship

Each buyer request is shared — buyer name, email, phone number, company, location, hose type, application, urgency — with the small set of matched local suppliers chosen for that particular request. Suppliers use that information to reply with a quote, lead time, and what they have on the shelf. HydraulicHoseFinder is not a party to the resulting quote or work order between the buyer and the supplier.

Suppliers pay per lead delivered, not per bid won. A lead is considered delivered the moment HydraulicHoseFindersends the buyer’s request, with buyer contact details intact, to the matched supplier. The supplier is billed for the lead regardless of whether the supplier replies, whether the buyer replies in turn, whether the supplier ultimately wins the work, or whether the work is completed. This is the central billing rule of the service and couples the SMS consent in section 4 to the no-refund rule in section 3.

HydraulicHoseFinder does not warrant that a delivered lead will convert to a quote, an order, or any specific revenue outcome for the supplier. The lead is the product.

3 · Supplier accounts & service spend (no refunds)

Supplier accounts are billed on a per-lead basis for each lead delivered to that supplier through the HydraulicHoseFinderrouting service. Lead spend is drawn from the supplier’s prepaid service balance.

Supplier service spend is non-refundable once a lead is delivered. This is true regardless of whether the supplier replies to the buyer, whether the buyer replies to the supplier, whether the supplier wins the bid, whether the resulting work is completed, whether the buyer disputes the quality, or whether any technical or carrier-side failure delays delivery of the lead alert. The service HydraulicHoseFindersells to suppliers is lead delivery, and lead delivery — once the SMS or email alert reaches the supplier — is the moment the spend is final.

Unused prepaid balance remains on the supplier account and is refundable on closure of the supplier account, less any amounts owed for previously delivered leads and any reasonable processing fee described at closure.

4 · SMS consent & automated lead alerts

Verbatim opt-in phrase

I agree to receive recurring SMS lead alerts from HydraulicHoseFinder at the phone number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, HELP for help.

SMS lead alerts are an optional notification channel. Each supplier partner is asked at signup, with the verbatim opt-in phrase above, whether they want to receive automated lead-alert text messages at the mobile phone number they provide. Ticking the consent checkbox on the signup form records explicit opt-in; leaving it unchecked records opt-out. Either choice completes signup.

SMS consent is independent of the supplier’s paid service agreement. Signing the supplier service agreement, being listed in the HydraulicHoseFinder supplier network, and using the supplier dashboard do not require SMS consent. A supplier who declines SMS alerts keeps the same network standing and is still eligible for lead delivery by email and dashboard only. A supplier who opts in can revoke that consent at any time by replying STOPto any lead-alert message or by updating the supplier dashboard; revoking consent does not affect the supplier’s right to be listed and continue using the HydraulicHoseFinder service.

Lead alerts are transactional messages about a real buyer request the supplier has been matched to. They are not marketing messages. The text messages include the buyer’s contact details, the matched hose type, the buyer’s metro area, and the urgency flag, so the supplier can reply fastest — often by text or call-back — before competitors in the same matched set do.

Frequency. Message frequency varies by the volume of leads the supplier is matched to. During normal business hours a typical active supplier receives a small number of alerts per day. Emergency and high-urgency requests may increase that count temporarily.

Opt out. The supplier can opt out of automated lead alerts at any time by replying STOP to any lead-alert message. After opting out, no further automated lead alerts will be sent to that phone number, and the supplier account will be paused from new lead delivery until an alternative notification channel is configured.

Help. For help with the lead- alert program, reply HELP to any message or contact HydraulicHoseFinder at the address below. Replies to lead alerts are not monitored; suppliers should call or email the buyer directly to respond to a request.

Carrier disclaimer. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. HydraulicHoseFinder does not warrant that any specific lead alert will be delivered, that delivery will occur within any particular timeframe, or that a delivered lead will produce any particular outcome for the supplier.

5 · Acceptable use

Both buyers and suppliers agree to use the service for its intended purpose: a real request for hydraulic, pneumatic, or industrial hose products, and a real reply from a verified supplier who can fulfill it. The following are out of scope and may result in suspension without refund:

  • No spam or fake requests. Submitting fabricated, duplicate, or non-genuine buyer requests to consume supplier lead spend is prohibited.
  • No bulk-list extraction. Harvesting, scraping, or repackaging buyer or supplier contact details from the routing service for resale, aggregation, or off-platform solicitation is prohibited.
  • No off-platform steering. Suppliers may not use a delivered buyer lead to recruit the buyer into a separate, off-HydraulicHoseFinder program in place of actually quoting on the original request.
  • No illegal or harmful use. Anything unlawful, anything that targets a protected class, or anything designed to harass, defraud, or harm another user is prohibited.

6 · No warranty (service provided “as-is”)

HydraulicHoseFinderprovides the routing service on an “as-is” and “as- available” basis. HydraulicHoseFinder makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding:

  • Lead quality or conversion. That any delivered lead will result in a quote, a sale, a particular margin, a particular win rate, or any specific revenue outcome.
  • Routing outcome. That a particular supplier set is optimal for a particular request, or that a different match would have produced a better result.
  • Supplier capability. That a matched supplier will reply, will hold the indicated stock, will be licensed, or will complete the work to any particular standard of quality or timeliness.
  • Carrier and platform uptime. Uninterrupted SMS, email, or call-back delivery; platform availability; or freedom from errors, bugs, or carrier-side filtering.

All implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HydraulicHoseFinder is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost goodwill, business interruption, or loss of data, arising out of or related to the use of the service, the delivery of any lead, or any outcome of the buyer-supplier relationship the service facilitates.

Where liability cannot be excluded, the total aggregate liability of HydraulicHoseFinder for any and all claims arising under these terms is capped at the amount the supplier actually paid HydraulicHoseFinderfor leads delivered in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim — or, for buyers who have paid nothing, at one hundred US dollars (US$100).

8 · Indemnification

Each party agrees to indemnify and hold the other harmless from third-party claims arising from that party’s own authorized use of the service, breach of these terms, or violation of any applicable law. Supplier agrees to indemnify HydraulicHoseFinderagainst claims arising from the supplier’s actual hose work performed for a buyer routed through the service. HydraulicHoseFinder agrees to indemnify suppliers against claims arising from the routing service itself.

9 · Dispute resolution & governing law

The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally by writing to hydraulichosefinder@polsia.app first. Most disputes — billing errors, mismatched leads, opt-out failures — are resolved at this stage.

Where a dispute is not resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the dispute will be resolved in the courts of the operator’s home jurisdiction, and the operator’s home-jurisdiction law governs these terms. The operator is HydraulicHoseFinder. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

10 · Termination

HydraulicHoseFinder may suspend or terminate any supplier account that violates these terms, that carries an exhausted prepaid balance, or that fails to reply to a meaningful share of delivered leads. Buyers may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not relieve the supplier of the obligation to pay for leads already delivered.

11 · Changes to these terms

HydraulicHoseFinder may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date at the top of this page rather than by a separate email blast, so check back here for the current version. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12 · Contact

For all terms, billing, and SMS-delivery questions, the single point of contact is hydraulichosefinder@polsia.app. HydraulicHoseFinder is operated remotely from the United States. No legal entity or physical address is represented on this page beyond that single contact channel.
